Membership is open to individuals (students, academics, researchers, and education professionals) as well as institutions and organisations such as universities, colleges, research centres, and education-focused NGOs.
All memberships are valid for one year from the date of subscription and can be renewed annually.
Members gain access to resources, research, scholarship opportunities, policy dialogues, professional development, and networking with the wider African higher education community. Institutional members enjoy additional visibility and collaboration opportunities.
Simply select your membership type (Individual or Institutional), complete the online application form, and make the annual subscription payment.
Yes. Members can upgrade their subscription at any time by contacting the AHE membership team.
Yes. While AHE is focused on African higher education, institutions and partners outside Africa are welcome to join and collaborate.
